Tuttle trained with the Reds since pre-season, while also playing Queensland Premier Rugby with Brisbane club Norths.
He is the older brother of Reds scrumhalf James Tuttle and both will be looking forward to resuming their on-field relationship, after last playing together for their high school First XV side.
