One of the most destructive centres in world rugby, Bai has played the majority of his professional rugby in France with both Clermont Auvergne and now Castres. At 6'2'" Bai is an imposing figure on the field and has become an integral part of the Fijian national setup. Despite not featuring in the 2003 World Cup, Bai, who can also operate at flyhalf, has played in two World Cups with Fiji, playing a prominent role on both occasions. After a 4 year spell with Castres, Bai joined Leicester for the 2014/15 season.
