Adams-Hale began playing Rugby at a young age, playing minis rugby and continuing up to senior with Harpenden RFC. He continued playing whilst attending school, both at club level as well as becoming a key figure in Roundwood Park School's First XV.
Adams-Hale has represented England U20s became dually registered with the Saracens Academy and Bedford Blues.
In November 2017, he signed a new deal with the Saracens Academy.
His involvement in rugby saw him on loan at Old Albanian, Ampthill, London Scottish, and Bedford Blues.
The Academy graduate earned his first senior cap for Saracens in the Premiership Rugby Cup in October 2018 against Leicester Tigers before coming off the bench for his Premiership debut in a win over Wasps five weeks later.
His progression continued with a first league try at Bristol Bears before appearing in the Premiership final at the end of the campaign, playing a key part in Sean Maitland’s all-important score.
In July 2020 he signed a three-year extension which will see him stay in north London until at least 2023.
