The 6ft3 140kg attended Rotorua Boys' High School.
Prop Pasilio Tosi spent two years playing for the Southland Stags between 2018 and 2020.
Tosi then headed to Bay of Plenty for the 2021 NPC season.
He played No.8 for Southland before transitioning to Prop
He started for BOP when they played the Wellington Lions in 2021 and gained the attention of Hurricanes Coaches.
His performance was rewarded with his first full-time contract.
