Warriors ready to take on the Tigers

The 2020-21 Premiership’s worst-performing side – Worcester Warriors – will host the Challenge Cup runners-up – Leicester Tigers – in the fourth fixture of the round.
There is nowhere to go but up for Worcester and started off their campaign with a 1-point victory over rivals London Irish, but proceeded to lose 16 other fixtures and draw two. In Round 19, they suffered a 23-19 defeat to Wasps at the Ricoh Arena. Worcester put up a good fight for a game they were never expected to win and even held the lead as the game approached the final quarter, but the Wasps, on their home turf, prevailed in the end.
Leicester were in action last weekend in the Challenge Cup final, losing out to a class Montpellier outfit at Twickenham.
In terms of the Premiership, the Tigers’ most recent outing came against Harlequins, where the former triumphed 35-29 at Welford Road.
Leicester had a pretty easy time of it in Round 8 – the last time they faced Worcester – winning 41-24 at Welford Road.
