Full time at Adam's Park at the homeside come out victors! 2 tries in the second half from Jackson and Bassett sealed a deserved win for the London outfit. Bayonne were somewhat the stronger team in the opening 40 minutes but the exact opposite can be said for the second half! Once Wasps scored that first try the never looked like relinquishing their grip on the game, cementing their dominance with a second only moments later. Dai Young and his team will be most pleased with what was a solid all round performance from their side. As for Bayonne, well questions lie over how much emphasis they put on the Amlin as it is. A performance such as this will do nothing to banish those rumours. That's all from us here this evening but please tune in again some for some more live rugby coverage!
Another yellow for Bayonne! This time it's Abdellatif Boutaty who cynically tries to play the ball off side when Wasps are 5 metres from Bayonne's try line.
Guillaume Bernad earns himself 10 minutes in the bin after the refs patience is pushed too far. Bayonne repeatedly offending by not rolling away. Peter Fitzgibbons has no choice but to show yellow
Jackson is awarded man of the match after a fine performance from the blind side flanker.
Excellent defence from Wasps. Bayonne unable to penetrate the black wall so far this half! Wasps regain possession
A whole heap of changes in the last few minutes has seen the pace of the game change somewhat. Still 26-10
Bayonne penalised for collapsing the maul and Goode strike 3 once again. The fly half is on fine form this evening! 26-10
TRY WASPS. Another try in quick succession for the London outfit. This time it's Bassett crossing the line after some beautiful feet and great off load from Wade. Wasps really taking a grip of this game in the last 10 minutes! 23-10
TRY WASPS. Heavy pressure finally pays off for the home side. Bayonne are penalised for not rolling away and the hosts bravely opt towards the corner. The risk pays off with a clean line out giving Ed Jackson the chance to break off the back of the maul and cross the white wash almost un-opposed. Goode solid off the tee. 16-10
Goode cuts Bayonne's lead to 1 once again. England international, Joe Launchbury enters the field, a sight i think the home crowd will be happy to see. 9-10
