Carlisle joined Wasps for the 2013/14 season from Worcester. In his mid twenties, a Worcester Warriors Academy product who made his league debut for Warriors in 2008 before appearing off the bench in the European Challenge Cup final against Bath Rugby at Kingsholm. He went on to make 90 appearances and scored 477 points for Worcester and during the 2011/12 season scored a sensational 30 points against Femi-CZ VEA Rovigo in the Amlin Challenge Cup ' setting a Club record for the highest ever number of points scored in a European game.
