A powerful ball carrying second row from Tonga, Lokotui has carved himself a reputation as a destructive presence on the paddock. His international career began in 2001 but had to wait nearly 10 years for his 2nd cap and has been an integral member of various Tongan squads since. He signed a contract with Gloucester in 2013.
He represented Tonga in the 2011 & will do so again in the 2015 RWC
