The Samoan no.8 Paul Tupai has had an outstanding career in the Southern and Northern Hemisphere and at the age of 42 he continues to perform every time he goes runs out onto the field.
The no 8 joined Bedford Blues in 2008 from Northampton Saints where he made 32 Premiership starts, he has been a permanent fixture at Goldington Road ever since.
Before the Saints, Tupai spent his time in New Zealand playing for Bay of Plenty, where he made over 100 appearances and lifted the Ranfurly Shield with them in 2004.
