Scrum-half Lesgourgues, arrived at Bordeaux-Begles in 2014, inked a new three-year deal with the club in September 2017.
He was picked in the French XV to face the All Blacks in November 2017.
After 141 appearances for Bordeaux, Lesgourgues signed a new deal with the side until 2025.
