Cooper was named in the Ulster Academy for the 2016/2017 season.
The tighthead prop plays his club rugby with Harlequins RFC.
Peter has had a few appearances in the British & Irish cup with Ulster A.
He was named in the U20 squad for the 2017 U20 6 Nations tournament. The formidable scrummager will be looking to show his well publicized potential throughout the competition.
