Bratu is a quick scrum-half who comes from Bucharest. Playing for Dinamo Bucharest as a senior, Bratu had a promising career since his early years as a junior with the club. Although he's not yet had the chance to play for the Romania, he was a surprise inclusion in the Romanian squad for the Rugby World Cup.
