Newcastle are getting closer and closer to the line with some forward power.

Northampton very nearly grab the bonus point try after a quick penalty from Fotali'i. He links with Myler and Elliot but the pass goes to ground.

Newcastle force a penalty at the scrum and Mike Blair takes a quick tap. His grubber pins Northampton back inside their 22.
