FT. A dominant display by the Irish leaves them comfortable winners. The pack laid the foundation and but for a few refereeing decisions and some sloppy play it could have been a lot more. However all said and done the Ireland have got their campaign off to a dream start. Despite loosing heavily in their opening match, the Italians can be proud they fought to the very end and were rewarded a try in the 4th minute of injury team.
