Eng take a 12-3 lead over Arg into halftime. Eng got off to the worst possible start, picking up a red card just three minutes, with Arg kicking the resulting penalty to lead 3-0. Arg then picked up a yellow card after nine minutes which saw Eng level matters at three apiece. It was the George Ford show thereafter, as he slotted three drop goal attempts to see Eng hold a nine point advantage at the break.
