The only member of the Blues Academy to have played for both England and Wales, Thomas boasts caps for England U17 and Wales Sevens.
He studied at Cardiff Metropolitan University and played for Cardiff RFC, Thomas started off his rugby career in the Ospreys region through Swansea schoolboys U15’s and Ospreys U16’s before transferring into the Blues Academy.
