Originally from South Africa, Seals joined Darlington Mowden Park in November 2015. He previously played for Maties, Ikey Tigers and Boland Cavaliers.
He won the Western Province title at Under-19 and Under-21 level in 2011 and 2013.
Seals joined Yorkshire Carnegie from Darlington Mowden Park after impressing during the 2015-16 season with the National Division One side.
A former University of Cape Town player he signed a one-year deal with the club in 2016.
For the 2017/18 season the South African returned to Darlington Mowden Park.
