Rodman graduated from Leeds Beckett University, whom he helped to the British University Championship title with a 31-23 win over Loughborough Students at Twickenham.
He joined Ealing Trailfinders from university.
The prop added a further 13 appearances to his tally for the Trailfinders, bringing him to 27 in his 2 seasons with the side. As Rodman develops his game through experience, these numbers are sure to increase exponentially.
