Giltrow was handed a unique opportunity by Head Coach Pat Lam when he was selected from a local club to trial during pre-season.
Giltrow - who made two appearances during pre-season - represented England Students whilst studying at University West of England (UWE)
In September, the prop was signed a professional contract with Bristol Rugby until the end of the 2017/18 campaign.
