Harlequins take a 9-0 lead over the Sale Sharks into halftime. Poor discipline cost the Sale Sharks which allowed Harlequins to keep the scoreboard ticking over by slotting three penalties. Sale did have two attempts of their own at goal, but both, including a simple one on the stroke of halftime, went wide.
