Costelow gets the second half underway for the Scarlets, taken by Carter

The Scarlets take a 22-17 lead over the Dragons into halftime. The Dragons opened the scoring with a try just 5 minutes in, but the Scarlets hit back from the restart with a try to lead 7-5. Ten minutes later the Dragons had their second, with the Scarlets pulling three points back with ah penalty to trail 12-10. Try number three followed for the Dragons but the Scarlets response was immediate once again as a try around the half hour mark saw them down 17-15. The Scarlets crossed for their third try with around 5 minutes of the half remaining to take a five point advantage into the break.
