Full time at the Stade Velodrome sees Clermont victorious and will head to the Top 14 final to face Toulon. Clermont were a man down from the 1st few minutes of the 2nd half when lock Flip van der Merwe was sent off for a horrible tackle. Racing slotted 2 quick penalties following the red card but Camille Lopez scored his second try of the evening. Clermont continued to dominate despite being a man down. Racing's Chris Masoe then recieved a yellow card for taking the man out in the air. Parra kicked 2 conversions before Fritz scored Clermont's 4th try of the game. A late surge saw Racing score 3 unanswered tries but it was not enough as the final whistle went.
