Springbok lock set to leave Gloucester
Following the departure of Johan Ackermann at Gloucester, the side could lose star second-rower Franco Mostert.
The Springbok World Cup winner could leave the Premiership to join Japanese Top League club Honda Heat, effectively replacing Munster bound RG Snyman.
According to a report by South African newspaper the Rapport, Moster has signed a four-year deal with Honda Heat and will head to Japan once again after spending a stint with Ricoh Black Rams between 2016 and 2018 while still at the Lions.
Mostert joined Gloucester in 2018 has since become a regular in the starting XV featuring in 8 of the side's 13 matches in the Premiership before the season was brought to a halt.
