The Crusaders ran in nine tries with both their wingers scoring three or more. The Force did score three tries and 33 points but fell way short. Here is a look at the stats
Team Numbers:
The Crusaders conceded 9 penalties compared to the Force's 6 but the telling stat were that eight of those penalties were in their own half.
On a positive note their attacking play was superb as they beat 13 more defenders on the day with 39 v 26 and made 15 clean breaks with the Force just amanaging three.
Tackles:
Kane Koteka made 23 tackles in his 73 minutes of play, while he did miss one he made eight more tackles than any other player on the park. Interesting stat on defence for the day, Six dominant tackles were made by six different players but all of the home side's back three made one each, Springer, Reece, Jordan along with Havili, Barrett and Lio-Willie.
Turnovers Lost:
Both Will Jordan and Max Burey conceded THREE turnovers each in the game. Five players conceded two each.
