Cruden Injury Scare For All Blacks
The All Blacks received another injury concern ahead of their series with the British and Irish Lions when fly-half Aaron Cruden injured his knee in the Chiefs’ win over the Hurricanes on Friday.
Cruden took a blow to the knee late in the first half and was replaced by Shaun Stevenson in his side's 17-14 win over the current Super Rugby holders.
Steve Hansen selected three fly-halves in his squad for the DHL NZ Lions series with Hurricanes' Beauden Barrett & Highlanders' Lima Sopoaga both named alongside Cruden.
Crusaders in-form 10 Richie Mo-unga has been widely tipped as stand-by for the All Blacks squad after a string of impressive performances for the Christchurch club.
