For the Leinster folk reading. The problems at Ulster are deep. They don't need a tackle coach - they know how to tackle, this is a lack of effort. They don't play as a team they play as individuals. This has been the problem for several seasons. A new coach won't fix this. Need a lot of behind the scenes work to fix the structures and the academy.
