Leinster take a 10-6 lead over Toulouse into halftime. The sides traded early penalties in an arm wrestle of a half with some outstanding defense from both sides. Leinster eventually went over for the first try for a 10-3 lead, but Toulouse hit back with the final play of the half, kicking a penalty to trail by four points at the break.
