Castres push themselves into the Quins 22 with good direct running and get a penalty for their efforts. !st chance here for Kockott.

Quins go through a few phases but going nowhere. Evans kicks for the corner but kicks too long so Castres have a lineout on the Quins 10 meter line.

Both teams opting to kick to each other in the first few minutes.

Nigel Owens the man in the middle tonight as Quins clear their lines from the kick off.

Both teams have entered the field here on a still evening in London. Castres ready to kick off and get us underway in the first match of the European campaign.

Hello and welcome to Ultimate Rugby’s live coverage of the very first European Rugby Champions Cup game between Harlequins and Castres. Both teams will be looking for a win in a very even pool which consists of Leinster and Wasps who play tomorrow. Quins haven’t really preformed so far in the premiership and with a loss last week they will be trying to get themselves back in winning ways. Likewise with Castres who sit just two from the bottom of the Top 14 but with a strong fifteen fielded tonight will look to beat Quins on their home patch. Stay with us as the teams should be kicking off shortly.
Going to be a close one I think
Opinions?
Harlequins have never beaten Castres in this competition at four attempts (D1 L3).
