Adams joined the Warriors Academy in 2015 from Llanelli Scarlets, after appearances for Wales at the World Rugby Under-20 Championship.
The Swansea-born back continued his development with a loan spell at Cinderford in 2015, as well as impressing for Worcester Cavaliers during their A League campaign.
In August 2016, Adams was one of three players to have signed for Nottingham Rugby's 2016/17 campaign.
