Born in Taranaki but grew up in Hamilton and played for Waikato NPC before moving south to the Southland Stages in 2017.
Big prop with a high work rate – and can operate on both sides of the scrum.
Joe made his debut for the Blues against the Lions in Round 7 of the 2020 season.
