Toulon bring in Ferreira

Toulon have announced the signing of second-row Andries Ferreira, who joins the club as a medical joker for injured back-row Juan Smith.

The 26-year-old played 15 times for the Lions in Super Rugby 2016, in a season that saw the Ellis Park side make the final.

The club will be without Smith for approximately four months after he had surgery on a biceps injury.
