Exeter Chiefs take a 15-10 lead over Saracens into halftime. The sides traded early penalties before Saracens ran in the games opening try to lead 10-3 15 minutes in. Exeter hit back with tries approaching the half hour mark and five minutes from halftime to hit the front 15-10. Exeter would have to settle for a five point lead at the break after a penalty attempt with the final play of the half went wide.
