Pau edge Castres 18-12 in round 20 of the French Top 14. Four first half penalties to two saw Pau take a 12-6 lead into the break after a tight first half. Two early second half penalties saw Castres level things up at 12-12. However, Pau kept the scoreboard ticking over as they kicked a further two penalties to lead 18-12. Pau picked up a yellow card with two minutes to play as Castres pushed for the win, but it was not to be as Pau held on for the six point victory.
