Georgia then picked up a yellow card, but despite being down a player, levelled maters with a penalty midway through the half. France were then awarded a penalty try, with Georgia picking up another yellow card in the process. France would run in a further two tries in the final ten minutes of the half for a comfortable lead at the break.
