Originally from Hastings, New Zealand, Tuatara-Morrison has spent time in both codes, League and Union. As a young boy he moved to Sydney with his mother and so progressed from school to the North Sydney Bears Rugby League semi-pro side. Having failed to make the cut in League, he made the switch to Union in 2012 after the Western Force offered him a two-year contract.
Tuatara-Morrison made the switch from Brive to Colomiers for the 2017-18 season.
