Tommy is another exciting centre straight out of the production line at Blackrock College.
The agile centre is playing his club rugby with UCD and has been involved with the Leinster senior squad this season.
After an excellent 2017 U20 Six Nations campaign, where he impressed with his attacking intent and intelligent positional play.
Tommy returns to the 2018 edition as the Ireland captain and is bound to play a key role in the search for silverware.
