Tino Mavesere, also known as 'The Driller', is a loose forward who was born in Zimbabwe. He recently joined the Cell Sharks, a rugby team based in Durban. Mavesere attended Churchill High School in Harare, which is also the alma mater of renowned rugby player Tendai 'Beast' Mtawarira.
At just 23 years old, Mavesere is considered one of Zimbabwe's most promising young talents. His impressive performances for the University of Western Cape (UWC) during the previous year's Varsity Cup competition earned him recognition and caught the attention of the Sharks.
Mavesere's addition to the Sharks' loose forward arsenal is expected to strengthen the team and contribute to their future success.
