Perfectly capable at flyhalf, centre of fullback, Olding's versatility makes him a valuable asset. Having represented Ireland at both Under 18 and Under 20 level, Olding has progressed into the full Ulster set up and made his debut for the province against Leinster in 2011.
An exciting young talent, Olding has already shown in his short career to date that he has much to offer Irish rugby in the coming years. After being capped in 2012 he struggled to make the side but earned a recall to the starting line up in June 2016 against the Springboks
Olding made 62 appearances for Ulster (4 Ireland caps) scoring 67 points at the start of the 2017-18 campaign.
In May 2018, Olding signed a two-year deal with French Pro D2 club Brive ahead of the 2018/2019 season.
