After starring for University during the 2016 season Sione Teu was named in the Otago squad for the 2016 Mitre 10 Cup.
Teu is an abrasive forward, who has impressed in the past couple of years for his club side and will give Otago some options in carrying the ball.
He was renamed in the squad the following year.
