The Argentinian flanker is well built and takes some stopping when going forward. Making his debut back in 2010, he has become a sporadic member of this Argentinian side.
Baez was selected for the 2014 Rugby Championship squad.
He is signed for the Jaguares until at least the 2017 Super Rugby season.
