Born in Liverpool, England, O'Donnell plies his trade as a prop with Worcester Warriors in the English Premiership.
His professional career began in 2006 when he joined Sale. Four years later he joined Rotherham Titans and in 2012 linked up with Worcester Warriors in the English premiership.
A natural scrummager and ball carrier, he became a key addition to the Yorkshire Carnegie team in 2016, bringing plenty of experience as the club aimed to achieve Premiership status.
