A dual-code footballer, Peter represented Wales in Rugby League from 2011 to 2014, captaining the Wales national rugby league team in 2014.
He has had professional Rugby League club stints at London Broncos, Hull FC, Castleford, Crusaders RL, Workington Town, and Barrow Raiders.
He has also played with Boston 13s over the last few years when not playing with the Boston Irish Wolfhounds.
Peter signed a deal with New England Free Jacks.
