Former Brive winger Didier Faugeron started his coaching career while still a player at Brive in 1995.
He has since coached a host of development side across France.
In 2015 he was named the French U19 coach and the following he followed the group of players coaching the U20 national side.
In 2016 he helped RC Massey get promoted to the Pro D2 for the first time.
