A Paraparaumu College First XV product, Knewstubb headed to the Kahurangi club in 2014 and has represented Nelson Bays in 15-a-side at both fullback and No 10.
Knewstubb was selected in the All Blacks 7s training squad to prepare for the 2017 Sevens World Series in Wellington.
