Galvin returned to the Ireland Women’s Sevens squad for the second leg of the HSBC World Series which kicked off in Dubai in November 2018.
Galvin missed out on the opening round in Arizona, where Ireland finished sixth, through injury but returns to Anthony Eddy’s squad.
In January 2019, she was named in the Ireland Women squad for te 2019 Six Nations tournament.
