Originally from Nasinu, Viti Levu, Fiji, Pecs has lived in the USA for many snows playing for the Gentlemen of Aspen, Sacramento Lions, Metropolis, Bulldog 7s, Hartford Wanderers, and New Haven in the US club rugby scene through the years.
He was part of the 2018 inaugural season with the NOLA Gold fitting in as a utility back garnering repetitions at fullback, flyhalf, and wing.
In 2019, he signed a deal with New England Free Jacks.
