Williams is a former New Zealand international touch football captain who won gold at the 2005 Youth World Cup and silver at the 2011 Touch Football World Cup.
She debuted for the Black Ferns Sevens in the 2015/16 season and went on to be selected for their squad to the 2016 Summer Olympics, where New Zealand claimed the silver medal behind Australia.
Williams runs at pace with ease, and is able to switch direction quickly, with her pass being pin-point every time.
She is the younger sister of All Blacks centre Sonny Bill Williams.
