Williams goes pro for Wales

Williams has been given elite athlete status by her employers – the Royal Air Force - who will pay her salary and release her for two years to train and play rugby. The back row player who has won 19 Welsh caps will be posted RAF St Athan, near Cardiff, using the rugby centre of excellence. “People are going to look at me and say 'you're full-time', so there is a little bit of pressure, but I like pressure.
