Alby Mathewson
The deserved Man of the Match, Mathewson led a potent attacking Munster backline delivering quick ball and ensured a high tempo throughout the game. What arguably led the Munster comeback was Mathewson backing himself to snipe over from close range which he did and this gave the hosts a foothold back into the game.
Peter O' Mahony
The blindside flanker showed his strength as a lineout opition, stealing two crucial balls on separate occasions as Glasgow looked dangerous inside the Munster 22. O' Mahony also managed to win a turnover penalty at the breakdown which ultimately led Munster to victory and carried with intent throughout the game.
George Horne
The nippy scrum-half displayed many characteristics which he transferred from the Sevens game as he was constantly in search of space and providing Glasgow with clean go-forward ball. Horne ran sublime support lines throughout the game which yielded two brilliant tries while a dead-weight chip over the top set his brother Peter up for Glasgow's bonus point score.
