The Cherry & Whites side to take on Bristol Bears at Ashton Gate tomorrow evening in the Gallagher Premiership has been revealed.
Director of Rugby, George Skivington, has made several changes to the side that were defeated by Saracens in the opening round last weekend.
Up front, the experienced Kirill Gotovtsev comes in at tight-head prop alongside Mayco Vivas and Jack Singleton. Gotovtsev replaces youngster, Afolabi Fasogbon, who impressed on his Premiership debut last weekendm, and will be looking to continue his good form from the bench.
Freddie Thomas and Matias Alemanno start together in the second row once more, with two changes in the back row behind them.
Academy graduate duo, Jack Clement and Harry Taylor, come into the starting XV for Ruan Ackermann and Lewis Ludlow. Zach Mercer wears the 8 shirt again.
In Ludlow's absence, Tomos Williams will captain the side from scrum-half, with his compatriot, Gareth Anscombe outside him.
Max Llewellyn shifts from centre to the wing to replace Ollie Thorley, so Seb Atkinson comes into the midfield alongside Chris Harris.
Llewellyn is joined by Christian Wade and George Barton in the back-field.
Hooker, Seb Blake, came off the bench to score Gloucester's bonus-point try against Saracens on Saturday, he's included on the bench again. Also amongst the replacements is Jamal Ford-Robinson, who has recovered from the infection he picked up last week.
Afo Fasogbon, Freddie Clarke, Ruan Ackermann and Albert Tuisue complete the six forwards on the bench for the Cherry & Whites.
Fans will be delighted to see Tuisue back in the squad, fresh from winning the Pacific Rugby Cup with Fiji.
The versatile Caolan Englefield and Charlie Atkinson cover the backs' positions.
